Felt cheated as they back tracked on the agreed exchange amount for my w6 xuv 500 against purchase of w9at xuv 500.terms were agreed before hand but when i went to do the payments they reduced the exchange amount.highly disappointed and i cancelled the deal.the brand "Mahindra" deserves better than these bunch of incompetent people.
